SKILLS FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURES

At WeSeeHope, we ensure vulnerable children in Southern and Eastern Africa have the skills to change their own futures. And we work with their families and communities to make sure they are supported along the way.

WHO WE ARE

We are a development organization supporting vulnerable children in Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.

WHAT WE DO

Working primarily across education, child rights and economic empowerment, we develop community-led and skills-based programs.

HOW WE DO IT

We collaborate with a network of in-country partners, building their capacity to deliver our programs where they are most needed.

“I like leading properly, so that I can brighten my future.”

Melody is the leader of her Kids’ Clubs in Kangoro, Kenya. She is using skills she has learnt to further her education so she can realise her dream of becoming a doctor or a dancer.

SEE OUR REACH

We are delighted to share two new cutting-edge data dashboards showing the scale and reach of our work, developed in partnership with Qlik.org.

“I remained focused and determined to aim higher. No matter what, I prioritised my education as a problem solver for my family.”

Innocent was a member of a Child Rights Club we set up in his community in 2008 in Uganda. Today he has graduated from university and is on his way to becoming a Community Development Officer.
